Explore the world, fight and loot! It's Pirate Time! A platformer mixing rogue-lite / adventure / metroidvania in a retro pixel art style with modern visuals!

Start your adventure as a nobody and build your character to become the strongest pirate. Discover islands and dungeons. Find treasures.  Fight anyone who is in your way. You are free to go wherever you want and do as you please like a true pirate!

• Versatile combat: kick, melee weapons, shields, bombs, guns and rods.
• Minion system: recruit pirates to fight for you.
• Strong pirate: exercise with dumbbells like a true bodybuilder
• Eat and thrive: cook and eat. Don't eat too much or you will become ... ?
• Dig treasures: get a shovel and dig like a real pirate.
• Fishing: teach a pirate how to fish ...
• Upgrading: exchange souls with a mermaid to make your pirate powerful.
• Collectibles: find some unique collectibles, they increase your stats.
• Jewelry: wear necklaces and rings to gain new abilities.

• Sailing: the world is bigger than your home!
  
• Dungeons: find dungeons full of loot while exploring the world.
  
• Merchants: they come at your door, to sell useful things.
  
• Villages: meet and interact with people to get useful information.
• Mobs: meet pirates, giant turtles, crabs, critters and more.
• Bosses: find and fight challenging bosses.
• Environment: rain, wind and time can affect your world.
• Interactions: some objects can be used / broken.

Keyboard configuration by default is set to AZERTY. If you wish to you can change controls while in the main menu. There is a quick tutorial in the first island to learn the basics about Pirate Time. Save files are located in Roaming/Pirate_Time.
